Support punch-list completion, final inspections, warranties, as-builts, and other closeout deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the onsite point of contact for quality matters involving the owner, construction manager, design team, subcontractors, and trade partners.
Participate in project meetings, quality walks, inspections, and coordination sessions.
Communicate quality expectations clearly to field teams and subcontractors.
Provide regular updates on open deficiencies, inspection status, NCRs, risks, and closeout readiness.
Partner with the Superintendent, Project Manager, Regional Quality Manager, and field leadership to support successful project delivery.
