Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Finance & Investor Relations Specialist / Account Head. The role involves overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance across partner fitness centers and the Fit.Zone network. The specialist will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage accounting records, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. They will handle investor relations activities such as preparing investor updates, presentations, and reports, and responding to investor queries with clear, data-backed communication. The role also includes collaborating with leadership on financial strategy, supporting fundraising efforts, and providing insights to guide business decisions and growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with financial planning and managing financial operations.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and provide actionable insights.
Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills for engaging with investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Experience in investor relations, start-ups, or multi-location service businesses is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
