LinkedIn Post – PPC Specialist
Join elev8.io, where every campaign exists to connect people in crisis to care.
elev8.io provides 360° patient acquisition solutions for behavioral health facilities, helping treatment centers generate qualified admissions through multi-channel marketing, CRM optimization, and sales enablement.
Our mission is direct: close the gap between millions of people struggling with addiction and mental health, and the facilities that can help them. That's why performance isn't optional here. It's the mission.
To deliver on that mission, we're expanding our Paid Media team, and we're looking for a PPC Specialist who is as passionate about performance, accountability, and impact as we are.
About the Job
As a PPC Specialist at elev8.io, you will own day-to-day paid search execution across a portfolio of behavioral health client accounts. You will manage campaigns in Google Ads, monitor performance daily, execute optimizations, and support the reporting and attribution infrastructure that connects ad spend to admissions.
This is a full account ownership role. You are accountable for CPL, cost-per-VOB, and budget delivery across your assigned accounts.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management: Day-to-day Google Ads execution across a portfolio of 10–15 behavioral health client accounts: builds, optimizations, bid strategy, ad copy, and audience management
Performance Monitoring: Daily review of pacing, CPL, impression share, and conversion volume, flagging anomalies before they require escalation
Attribution & Tracking: Verify conversion tracking is live and accurate on all assigned accounts: call tracking, GA4 events, and form submissions
QA & Documentation: Follow elev8.io's QA checklists and maintain change logs on every account action inside ClickUp
Reporting: Deliver weekly performance inputs and support monthly client-facing reporting packages
What You Bring
3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads management in a direct-response, lead generation environment
Agency experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), call tracking (CTM or CallRail), and Excel/Sheets for performance analysis
A process-first mindset: you document changes, follow SOPs, and QA your own work before marking it done
Strong written English (C1+) and the ability to communicate performance insights clearly to a senior team
Bonus: experience in behavioral health, healthcare, legal, insurance, or finance verticals
Why Work With Us
Mission with Meaning: Your campaigns directly connect people in crisis to behavioral health care.
Mentorship: Direct development from a senior paid media Director in a structured, high-performance environment.
Ownership: Real account accountability from day one, not shadow work.
Compensation: Competitive base with a performance bonus framework introduced after the first two quarters.
