Quality Assurance Manager

🚀 We’re hiring: QA Manager | AI and Agentic Testing
TestAutomate is building an Agentic AI testing platform to make software testing smarter, faster, and more reliable.
We’re looking for a QA Manager to join us at an early stage and build our QA function from the ground up.
In this role, you will:
• Define QA strategy, processes, and quality standards
• Build and scale test automation
• Lead functional, API, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Work closely with engineering and product teams
• Distinguish real product failures from flaky and environmental issues
• Evaluate AI-generated tests and AI-driven test results
• Help shape how AI agents use testing evidence to make quality decisions
• Build a strong QA culture as the company grows
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ 5+ years of experience in QA or Quality Engineering
✅ Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
✅ Experience with API testing and CI/CD
✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ A genuine interest in software quality and emerging AI technologies
✅ A startup mindset and the ability to build processes from scratch
Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted testing is a plus.
This is more than a traditional QA management role. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how AI changes software testing and play an important role in building TestAutomate.
