HR Business Partner

HIRING: HR BUSINESS PARTNER | JAPAN – REMOTE
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global technology and professional services team. This role will partner closely with senior leaders and managers across global offices, supporting both strategic people initiatives and hands-on HR needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational priorities.
• Provide HR guidance on leadership projects, people decisions, and organizational needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles across global locations.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, employee relations, and leadership development.
• Identify talent gaps and support succession planning and capability development.
• Support compensation planning, promotions, and job leveling.
• Use HR metrics, workforce analytics, and market insights to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience while driving stronger adoption of HCM tools.
• Lead people initiatives that strengthen company culture and support business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 5–8 years of HR experience, including proven HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and managers.
• Excellent communication, influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coaching managers and supporting performance management.
• Working knowledge of employment law, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and improve processes.
