Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Debt Settlement)
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking customers, providing comprehensive support for financial and debt settlement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Bilingual Support: Provide professional customer service through inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish.
Account Management: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account-related concerns.
Debt Settlement Support: Conduct welcome calls to newly enrolled clients, explaining program details, timelines, and expectations.
Payment Processing: Assist customers with account updates and payment arrangements, and process client payments according to company procedures.
Retention & Documentation: Provide support to clients considering canceling the program and maintain detailed call notes in CRM systems.
Candidate & Technical Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in BPO customer service, collections, retention, or financial services is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy.
Home Office Equipment: The employee must provide their own PC, a wired headset, and a LAN cable connection.
Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with basic computer and CRM skills.
Offer Details
Contract Type: Contractor.
Training: There is a mandatory two-week training period.
