Join Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and help shape innovative digital physiology solutions that support clinical trials around the world. As a Solution Specialist, you will serve as a key link between Business Development, Product, Operations, and customers, helping design strategic solutions that align clinical trial requirements with Clario’s technology and service offerings. You will play an important role in protocol review, solution design, pricing support, proposal development, and product positioning, ensuring sponsors receive tailored, high-quality solutions that drive study success and long-term partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing
Develop a strong understanding of Clario's Digital Physiology solutions, operational delivery models, and Trial Oversight Business Intelligence reporting capabilities.
Review clinical trial protocols, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and study requirements to identify appropriate solution designs and service recommendations.
Support the development of strategic, client-focused solutions that leverage Clario products and services to meet study objectives and operational requirements.
Identify and evaluate solution requirements for new business opportunities and rebid activities.
Participate in daily solution planning discussions and contribute solution inputs for budget development, pricing reviews, and proposal activities.
Collaborate with Business Development, Product Management, Operations, Scientific teams, and Product Sales Specialists to design effective study solutions.
Develop proposal content and supporting documentation that clearly communicates recommended solutions and service offerings.
Identify opportunities to expand customer solutions through integrated Clario products and services.
Review client feedback, protocol updates, and study documentation to assess impacts on proposed solutions and study budgets.
Support transition activities from sales to service delivery, including kick-off meetings and implementation planning.
Act as a liaison between commercial and operational teams to ensure alignment on study requirements and customer expectations.
Share best practices and lessons learned across the Solutions team to promote consistency and continuous improvement.
Participate in testing, validation, and enhancement activities for solution and pricing tools.
Maintain knowledge of current and future product offerings through collaboration with Product Management teams.
Represent Clario professionally during internal and external meetings and support positive customer engagement activities.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Science, Psychology, Public Health, Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience within solution engineering, commercial operations, business development support, clinical research, healthcare technology, or related functions.
Understanding of clinical trial protocols and the ability to interpret study requirements.
Experience supporting proposal development, solution design, budgeting, pricing activities, or commercial operations is preferred.
Pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or life sciences industry experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex study requirements and propose practical solutions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Experience working with Salesforce, CRM systems, proposal management platforms, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to build credibility, trust, and strong working relationships.
