Join Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and help ensure clinical trial sites, CROs, and sponsors have the knowledge and confidence to successfully use our technology solutions. As a Trainer within our Client Education team, you will play a critical role in delivering engaging instructor-led, hands-on, and virtual training programs that support clinical trial execution around the world. Working closely with project teams, product experts, and external stakeholders, you will develop and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive user adoption, improve study compliance, and contribute to exceptional customer outcomes. What You'll Be Doing
Design, develop, and deliver product-specific and study-specific training programs for clinical trial sites, CROs, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct in-person, remote, and hands-on training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Clario technologies and processes.
Create, maintain, and update training presentations, supporting materials, knowledge resources, and associated documentation.
Partner with project teams and sponsors to develop training delivery strategies aligned with study objectives, complexity, and timelines.
Collaborate with Product Management and internal subject matter experts to maintain expertise in new products, features, and operational processes.
Support client education initiatives by providing guidance and expertise related to study workflows, system usage, and best practices.
Work closely with customer support teams to investigate and resolve help desk escalations requiring training or knowledge-based intervention.
Evaluate operational workflows and training materials to identify improvements and ensure content remains accurate, up-to-date, and effective.
Maintain expertise in current product releases, system enhancements, and customer-facing solutions.
Participate in project meetings and customer discussions to identify training needs, site performance challenges, and knowledge gaps.
Track training activities and maintain required documentation in accordance with company procedures and study requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance training effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Support global customer readiness initiatives through effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
Degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience delivering technical, software, clinical, or customer-facing training programs.
Experience supporting customers within clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or other regulated industries preferred.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for education, knowledge transfer, and client success.
Experience creating training materials, user guides, presentations, and learning resources.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and respond effectively to customer needs.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within global cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business and customer requirements.
Multilingual (English & Mandarin) is required.
