Irenys Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on improving the accessibility, delivery, and overall experience of essential public services.
The successful candidate will play a leadership role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of cloud-based applications. This position requires close collaboration with development, business, and support teams to establish QA best practices and deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Start Date: October 19, 2026, or earlier if available
End Date: December 31, 2026
Extension: Possibility of extension
What You’ll Do
Create and execute manual and automated test cases.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
Manage defects from identification through resolution.
Lead requirement reviews to identify potential issues early.
Collaborate with development, business, and support teams.
Establish QA best practices and maintain clear testing documentation.
Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
Experience testing Salesforce or other cloud-based applications.
Strong knowledge of defect and test management processes.
Ability to analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced project environments.
