Job Overview
Landscape East & West is seeking a skilled and dependable exterior carpenter to join our landscape construction team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate the installation of exterior carpentry projects (fences, gates, pergolas, attached & detached structures, trellises, decks, planters boxes).
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to understand specifications and layout.
Assemble structural components including framing, railings, stairs, and decking surfaces.
Follow all company safety procedures, support crew compliance with standards.
Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
Complete equipment & vehicle inspections.
Perform other landscape construction duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
4+ years of exterior carpentry experience.
Possess a valid, insurable driver's license
Willingness to learn, follow direction, and work collaboratively.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Technical training in carpentry is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 90 lbs repeatedly throughout work day.
Able to navigate through clients property on uneven/rough terrain.
Able to drive company vehicle with trailer.
