As an Oracle EPM - Senior Manager you will lead consulting services focused on Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, helping clients assess needs, design and implement budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting capabilities. As a Senior Manager you will leverage your influence, strategic judgment, and client-facing communication skills within our Digital Core Modernisation practice to guide complex work, coach teams through ambiguity, and bring structure to multi-workstream delivery. In this role at PwC, you will provide training and support for Oracle EPM tools, contribute to financial planning and analysis improvements, and drive work that connects technical solution design with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Leading Oracle EPM consulting engagements focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
Advising clients on performance management approaches that align Oracle solutions with finance transformation goals
Designing and configuring Oracle EPM solutions to support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
Managing complex project workstreams across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery dependencies
Applying financial planning, cost management, and profitability management skills to solve performance management challenges
Developing solution strategies using business process analysis, planning budgeting and forecasting, and strategic data analysis
Guiding teams through implementation activities, issue resolution, and change adoption across Oracle EPM platforms
Evaluating performance reports, KPIs, and reconciliation outputs to validate data accuracy and process alignment
Coaching team members, sharing technical direction, and supporting a collaborative client service environment
Advancing Oracle EPM delivery methods by applying business intelligence tools, enterprise integration, and digital tooling
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
14 years of experience in Consulting with an Enterprise Performance Management background
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
BE / BTech or Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance
Knowledge in Oracle Planning implementations
Strength in knowledge of FP&A and functional processes
Skill in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in driving requirement analysis workshops
Understanding of PCMCS and Data Management
Agile Scrum Certification / Project Management Certification
Proven leadership in managing diverse teams
