Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive Intern / Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our services and process, and assisting them through the initial stages.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads.
Explain the work visa / overseas employment process clearly to candidates.
Understand candidate requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp/email.
Maintain lead information and call follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain professional communication with candidates.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable making calls and speaking with potential customers.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from Noida / Greater Noida preferred.
