The Role
• Establish strategic direction and product vision for complex problems, including the integration of AI assistive tools into the consumer product.
• Lead major design initiatives and communicate the efforts of the design team across the organization.
• Set and refine the design quality bar in partnership with design leadership, utilizing established principles and design systems.
• Mentor and contribute to the growth of talent within the design team.
• Collaborate with teammates in a dynamic environment, tackling new design challenges.
What You'll Need
• 12+ years of experience shipping impactful user experiences leveraging cutting-edge technology.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt shaping/engineering, prototyping, and working with AI product flows and agentic systems.
• A proven track record as a respected designer and product thinker with mastery in cohesive product strategy.
• Experience mentoring and motivating teams, fostering career growth for others.
• Strong communication skills to represent creative work, build trust, and influence alignment across various departments.
• A portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, and proven experience in product design, design thinking, and product strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
