Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Recruiting & Onboarding Functional Lead to lead the Wave 2 implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Recruiting Booster, and Oracle Onboarding.
The Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the Recruiting and Onboarding workstream through the full implementation lifecycle, including solution design, client workshops, configuration, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding implementation experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to lead functional design and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Recruiting Booster, and Onboarding functional workstream throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Conduct client-facing requirements gathering, design workshops, Wall Walk sessions, and solution design discussions.
Develop and validate To-Be business processes aligned with Oracle Cloud standard functionality and the project's Global Design.
Configure and validate Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Recruiting Booster, and Oracle Onboarding functionality.
Lead configuration, prototyping, and solution validation activities.
Support the development and review of configuration workbooks and functional design documentation.
Configure and support recruiting processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Recruiting.
Strong implementation experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Onboarding.
Strong experience with Oracle Recruiting Booster; this is a key requirement for the role.
Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Experience conducting client-facing design workshops and functional requirements sessions.
Strong experience with ORC configuration,
