Design Manager - Health

Lead project outcomes across planning, design development and delivery phases.
Manage project scope, programme, budget and quality objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
Provide leadership through complex project interfaces, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution.
Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure requirements are effectively translated into project solutions.
Oversee design management activities and support the integration of technical, operational and project requirements.
Drive project governance, risk management and quality assurance processes.
Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.
Support procurement, contractor engagement and commercial management activities as required.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of project deliver
Demonstrated experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Design Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex building, infrastructure or capital works projects.
Experience in client-side, consulting or principal contractor environments will be highly regarded.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces.
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of project controls, governance and risk management.
Proven ability to deliver outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters.
Experience operating at a senior management, Associate Director or Project Director level.
