About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can manage the entire digital marketing funnel — from paid advertising to websites, tracking, CRM, and reporting.
We need someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and deliver results.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Build and optimize websites and landing pages.
Set up and troubleshoot tracking using GTM, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
Work with CRM platforms, ideally GoHighLevel.
Monitor leads, conversions, budgets, and campaign performance.
Manage multiple projects and collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of digital or performance marketing experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with websites, conversion tracking, and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Advanced English (C1 or higher).
Agency experience is a plus!
