we are looking for a CFO who does not need to get into accounting, finance, treasury etc. more of a strategic CFO who can guide the management on how to increase, diversify business through M&A, restructuring etc. he will be responsible to lead the team of consultants who will work on such business acquisitions etc.
Aligning and expanding business and he will untimately lead the F&A functions but these are generally well managed.
