Requirements
Experience-8
Immediate Joiner or Candidate max with 30 days NP
Preferred past HSBC experience (not a mandate but preferred)
Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser)-Strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
Sub-domain: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, Compliance & Regulatory Payments exposure (More than 2 geographies)
Excellent communication skills
Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis.
