Job description:
Description
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong technical developer with 7?10 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise application integration.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, .NET Core, C#, and Azure.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, plugins, Power Pages, Power Automate, security, integrations, and solution management.
Strong development experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, React, JavaScript, and Entity Framework Core.
Hands-on experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure services, and external systems.
Strong understanding of Azure architecture and experience working with Azure Functions, Storage, App Service, and Logic Apps.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently make technical decisions and take ownership of complex technical deliverables.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Role
Own the technical solution and provide clear technical direction to the development team.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for project-level technical discussions.
Ensure technical decisions are aligned with business requirements, architecture standards, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Proactively identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Mentor developers and improve the overall technical capability of the team.
Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and team guidance.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet defined quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
Kindly include Lead experience as well while sourcing, the candidate must have led the team in the current project or the previous project for 1 year, as we are looking for 7 to 11years of experience.
