Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA Articleship role based in Delhi, India. The articleship trainee will assist in accounting, audit support, and preparation of working papers under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include supporting GST and Income Tax compliance, return preparation, documentation, and responding to departmental queries. The role also involves exposure to litigation support, refund and demand matters, and assisting in work related to international taxation and Ind AS/IFRS. The trainee will contribute to assignments for NGOs and non-profit entities, including registration processes and tracking regular compliance, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to professional standards.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy course and eligible for Articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
Strong theoretical understanding of accounting, auditing, taxation (Income Tax and GST), and basic corporate laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software; willingness to learn new tools and ERP systems.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data and statutory requirements.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, notes, and basic representations.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage deadlines, and collaborate with team members in a structured environment.
Interest in gaining exposure to international taxation, Ind AS/IFRS, and compliance for NGOs and non-profit organizations.
High level of professional ethics, integrity, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
