Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding FPG's client base and partnership network across global markets.
Your responsibilities include:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
• Acquire and manage retail clients, professional traders, and institutional partners.
• Develop long-term relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, KOLs and strategic business partners.
• Promote FPG's products, trading platforms and value-added services to prospective clients.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Follow up leads, support new client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor financial market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Represent FPG at seminars, networking events, exhibitions and business meetings when required.
What We're Looking For
We welcome candidates who are passionate about sales, business development and financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Relationship Management or similar roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, Trading, Financial Services, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Fluent in English and Chinese. Fluency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
