Reporting to the Head of Brand & Campaign Marketing, the Campaign Coordinator provides coordination and administrative support for campaign delivery across our retail brands. Working closely with Campaign Specialists and cross-functional teams, you'll help keep campaigns organised, on track and delivered to a high standard by coordinating timelines, managing campaign materials and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery process.
You Will Provide:
Support Campaign Specialists with day-to-day campaign delivery activities.
Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and task lists to ensure campaign progress is visible and up to date.
Coordinate campaign inputs, assets and information across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Track deadlines, dependencies and approvals, ensuring activities remain on schedule.
Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Merchandise, Digital, Loyalty, Operations and agency partners.
Support the preparation of campaign updates, status reports and campaign materials.
Review campaign assets for completeness, accuracy and consistency before handover.
Assist with campaign readiness checks, ensuring briefs, assets and supporting materials are complete prior to launch.
Contribute to improving campaign processes, coordination and ways of working across the team.

Experience in administration, coordination or support roles.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work within structured processes.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships and work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, workflow tools and approval platforms.
A strong eye for creative detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies across campaign materials.
Exposure to marketing, campaigns, retail environments or relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
