General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training
About The Role
What if your years of rigorous academic training could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems reason, problem-solve, and think? We're looking for postdoctoral researchers and advanced degree holders to take on some of the most intellectually challenging work in AI development — designing complex problems, stress-testing AI reasoning, and pushing the boundaries of what these models can do.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers who want to do meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule — without leaving the world of serious intellectual inquiry.

What You'll Do
Design and develop advanced, multi-disciplinary problem sets that challenge and improve AI reasoning capabilities
Apply your domain expertise to craft complex, nuanced scenarios with real-world academic relevance
Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for rigor, accuracy, and intellectual depth
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine model performance
Ensure the highest standards of academic clarity and analytical precision across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments, fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
Has a strong track record in research, publications, or complex technical project work
Thinks in systems — comfortable navigating multi-disciplinary problems with precision and creativity
Exceptional written communicator who can translate complex ideas with clarity and depth
Detail-oriented and self-directed — you hold yourself to a high standard without needing hand-holding
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or data quality workflows
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
Background spanning multiple technical disciplines or cross-domain research experience
Familiarity with AI model development, benchmarking, or RLHF workflows
