Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned unit, coordinating production or service activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The Assistant Manager will support senior management in planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking, while supervising team members and facilitating clear communication across departments such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics. The role includes monitoring process efficiency, addressing operational issues, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in operations or production management, including planning, workflow coordination, and process optimization.
Experience in team supervision, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and staff development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using data and reports to drive decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
