Purpose of this Role: Lead the IE function within a factory — driving line productivity, SAM discipline, and method improvement at the floor.
Responsibility
Set and validate SAM, line balancing, and manpower norms.
Run productivity and changeover-reduction projects.
Coach lines and supervisors on standard methods.
Track and report factory productivity.
Personal Attributes
