Role Description The Associate – Risk & Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Degana. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves monitoring risk indicators, assisting in basic risk assessment of customer profiles, and escalating potential issues to senior team members. The Associate will coordinate with customer service and field teams to resolve queries, improve process efficiency, and maintain high service standards. The role also includes preparing routine reports, updating internal systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across risk and operations functions.
