Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Analyst to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that fuel company growth. In this role, you will take ownership of recurring reporting, build high-impact dashboards, and dive deep into user acquisition, engagement, and revenue trends. You will turn raw performance metrics into structured stories and executive summaries, serving as a go-to analytical partner for key business leads in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Business Strategy & Analytics team sits within Finance and partners across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email, Customer Service and BI teams to support business decision-making through data and insights. The team focuses on monitoring business performance, understanding user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting key initiatives across different business lines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
Analyze user acquisition, engagement, job search behavior, application activity, and revenue trends
Monitor key business KPIs and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities
Support deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, search performance, retention, and monetization
Partner with stakeholders across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email and Customer Service to answer business questions through data analysis.
Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations
Assist in evaluating new initiatives and business opportunities through data-driven analysis
Support ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from leadership and business teams
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Eligibility
Starting pay range
$65,000—$85,000 USD
Pay Transparency
Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
