We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, generate new business, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and various marketing activities.
Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote and sell company products and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduation mandatory.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹5.70 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
