Sales Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, acquire customers, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, references, and field visits.
Acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers for repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduation mandatory.
Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Marketing / BFSI / Retail Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
