该职位来源于猎聘 Job Overview This is an urgent contract role for a client, who owns multiple stadiums and premium club facilities, focusing on interior fit‑out and furniture supplier sourcing. The role is remote‑friendly, Shanghai is preferred but location is flexible. There is potential to convert to full‑time consultant for high‑performing candidates. Immediate start is required. Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities for interior fit‑out, furniture and FF&E projects
Identify, evaluate and engage qualified local suppliers, conduct RFQ, commercial negotiation, quality & delivery follow‑up.
Act as primary liaison between stakeholder and Chinese suppliers, deliver clear, accurate English communication across all project phases.
Support project execution, track milestones, mitigate supply‑chain risks and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
Document sourcing progress, supplier assessment and project alignment; report status to client and internal stakeholders regularly.
Support cross‑functional coordination for fit‑out & furnishing delivery for high‑end venue and retail projects. Requirements
Solid hands‑on sourcing experience; background in interior fit‑out, furniture, retail store / large shopping‑centre project delivery is a strong plus.
Business‑level English communication skill, comfortable for regular written & verbal engagement with overseas client.
Proven supplier evaluation, RFQ and commercial negotiation capability. Prior furniture sourcing experience is highly preferred.
Able to onboard ASAP; open for short-term contract engagement; open to domestic low‑frequency travel.
Self‑driven remote working capability; able to manage priorities independently under tight project timeline.
Potential full‑time consultant opportunity available for candidates expecting long‑term cooperation.
