Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring a smooth guest experience during all meal periods. The role involves coordinating food and beverage service, monitoring inventory, and working closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency. The Restaurant Manager will handle customer feedback, support hiring and training of team members, and implement standards to meet revenue and cost control objectives. The position also requires maintaining hygiene and safety standards, enforcing policies, and collaborating with hotel leadership to support overall business goals.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests, team members, and hotel leadership.
Experience with Hiring and team management to build, train, and retain a high-performing restaurant staff.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service standards, and basic inventory control.
Proven experience in restaurant or hotel food & beverage management, preferably in a supervisory role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business requires.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and hygiene.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
