SAP SuccessFactors Project manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) cloud application delivery and SAP SuccessFactors Offboarding 2.0. The role will align HR, IT, Finance and implementation partners through an integrated delivery plan, ensuring agreed scope, quality, timelines and budget. This is a project leadership role requiring technical oversight and business coordination, not hands-on development. This is a Remote role.
At least 8 years of project delivery experience, including 3 years leading SAP, cloud or HR transformation initiatives.
Proven leadership of SAP BTP cloud application or extension delivery and enterprise integrations, with enough technical understanding to challenge estimates, dependencies and release plans. Hands-on coding is not required.
SAP SuccessFactors project or programme delivery experience, including exposure to Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding processes, HR integrations and cross-functional employee-lifecycle workflows.
A proven record of managing implementation partners, statements of work, budgets, resources, RAID and change control through integration testing, UAT, migration, cutover, hypercare and support transition.
Practical Agile/hybrid delivery capability and familiarity with SAP Activate governance, requirements traceability and acceptance gates. Strong analytical problem-solving, commercial judgement and timely escalation.
Working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IAS, role-based access and data governance. Delivery-level literacy in UI5/Fiori, CAP, HANA Cloud, SAP Build Process Automation and Work Zone is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership across HR, IT and Finance. Experience with multi-entity shared services, frontline users, organisational change and adoption is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is preferred; Agile/Scrum certification and SAP BTP training are advantageous.
