Role Description The Sr. Executive – Travel Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role is responsible for end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, trains, hotels, and ground transportation in line with company policies and budget. The individual will manage travel schedules, coordinate itinerary changes, and ensure timely communication of travel details to all stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include liaising with travel vendors, monitoring travel costs, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining accurate travel records and reports. The role also involves providing travel consulting support, optimizing routes and options, ensuring compliance with internal travel guidelines, and delivering a high level of customer service to internal travelers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Arrangements, including booking, scheduling, and coordinating multi-leg journeys.
Candidates should possess Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to advise on optimal travel options, ensure policy compliance, and control costs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Relevant experience in corporate travel management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, MS Office tools, and basic reporting systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism under time-sensitive situations.
Graduate degree in any discipline; certification or coursework in travel, hospitality, or administration is an advantage.
