Role Description The Sr. Manager Accounts – CA will oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and robust internal controls. This full-time on-site role, based in Raipur, includes managing general ledger activities, finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, and coordinating audits with internal and external auditors. The role involves supervising accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and taxation matters, including direct and indirect tax compliance and filings. The Sr. Manager Accounts will collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, as well as support management with MIS reports and insights for decision-making. The position also includes mentoring and guiding the accounts team, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, finalization of accounts, and audit coordination.
Solid understanding of taxation (direct and indirect), GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software, MS Excel, and data analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries, ideally with exposure to global operations and supply chains, is an advantage.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Raipur with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
