About the Job
Kheewa Incorporation is looking for a creative, organized, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
The candidate will be responsible for finding and coordinating with influencers and content creators, maintaining creator databases, supporting campaign execution, managing communication and follow-ups, tracking deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys discovering new creators, communicates confidently, and wants to build a career in the growing creator economy.
Key Responsibilities1. Influencer & Creator Research
Research influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Identify creators based on niche, location, audience, followers, engagement, content quality, and campaign requirements.
Identify nano-influencers, micro-influencers, UGC creators, regional creators, and niche creators.
Maintain and continuously expand the company's influencer database.
Research emerging creators and new creator communities.
2. Influencer Outreach
Contact influencers through Instagram DM, WhatsApp, email, phone, and other communication channels.
Introduce collaboration opportunities and explain campaign requirements.
Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, and basic commercial terms.
Maintain systematic follow-ups with interested and potential creators.
Maintain professional relationships throughout the communication process.
3. Influencer Onboarding
Coordinate the onboarding of suitable influencers and creators.
Collect required creator information and profile details.
Explain campaign processes, guidelines, deliverables, and timelines.
Update creator status in the company's CRM/database.
Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing Manager for creator activation.
4. Campaign Coordination
Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
Shortlist suitable creators according to campaign requirements.
Coordinate content briefs and campaign instructions.
Track content submission, approvals, publishing dates, links, coupon codes, and other deliverables.
Follow up with creators to ensure timely completion of campaign activities.
5. Creator Relationship Management
Build positive and professional relationships with influencers.
Maintain regular communication with active creators.
Identify high-performing creators for repeat campaigns.
Maintain records of previous collaborations and creator performance.
Support long-term creator partnerships.
6. Content & Campaign Support
Assist in developing influencer campaign ideas and content concepts.
Help prepare creator briefs, campaign messages, scripts, and content guidelines.
Monitor whether influencer content follows campaign requirements.
Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for campaign assets.
7. Campaign Performance Tracking
Track important campaign metrics such as:

Share campaign observations with the reporting manager.

Track influencer-generated leads and conversions.
Identify creators who can generate measurable business results.
Support performance-based creator programs.
9. Social Media & Trend Research
Monitor Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms for emerging trends.
Research trending content formats, creators, hashtags, sounds, and campaign ideas.
Identify opportunities to use relevant trends for company campaigns.
Monitor competitor influencer marketing activities.
10. Reporting & Database Management
Maintain accurate records of:
Creator name
Social media profile
Category/niche
Location
Followers
Engagement
Contact details
Outreach status
Follow-up status
Collaboration status
Campaign history
Performance
Payment/commercial information where applicable
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
11. AI & Digital Tools
Use AI tools for influencer research, campaign ideation, content planning, communication, and reporting.
Use CRM, Google Sheets, social media analytics, and other digital tools for creator management.
Explore new tools that can improve influencer discovery and campaign efficiency.
