About Sia Health

We work with clients across concerns including PCOS, menopause, thyroid health, fertility, weight management, and metabolic health. Our goal is to help people achieve sustainable, long-term health outcomes through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Clinical Nutritionist with a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and lifestyle management.
We are especially looking for someone who has experience working with PCOS, fertility, menopause, and hormonal or metabolic health concerns.
The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical and nutrition expertise with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized nutrition guidance and support to clients dealing with hormonal, metabolic, fertility, weight management, and lifestyle-related health concerns
• Conduct consultation and discovery calls with prospective clients, understand their health goals and challenges, and clearly communicate Sia Health’s approach and programs.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of PCOS, thyroid disorders, insulin resistance, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and metabolic health
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with the clinical and care teams to improve outcomes and client experience
Requirements
• Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition or Nutrition
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, nutrition consulting, counselling, or a client-facing nutrition role
• Strong experience working with PCOS, fertility, menopause, hormonal health, or metabolic health
• Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions
• Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language, preferably Hindi
Compensation
Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives.
