Role Description The Investor Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for managing relationships with current and potential investors, preparing investor communications and presentations, and supporting fundraising initiatives. The Investor Relations Executive will coordinate regular updates on institutional performance, gather and analyze financial and operational information, and respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include preparing reports and briefing materials, supporting investor meetings and events, maintaining investor databases, and collaborating with finance and leadership teams to ensure consistent, accurate messaging. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform investor communication strategies and support long-term partnership building.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and investor-facing documents.
Proficiency in financial analysis, basic accounting concepts, and interpreting performance metrics relevant to investors.
Experience in stakeholder management, relationship-building, and professional correspondence with external partners.
Ability to conduct market and competitor research and summarize insights for internal and investor use.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort with productivity tools and data management systems (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or investor databases).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications is an advantage.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct when handling confidential information.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic institutional environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills related to regional stakeholders are a plus.
