Role Description The Relationship Manager Premium Corporates is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. In this position, the individual will manage and grow relationships with premium corporate clients, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, structuring banking solutions, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution, and monitoring account performance and risk. The role involves regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, cross-selling suitable products, and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will also track market trends, support business development initiatives, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with bank policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term corporate partnerships.
Sound knowledge of corporate banking products, credit, and transaction banking, with the capability to structure solutions based on client needs.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with financial data, portfolio analysis, and risk assessment.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present proposals, handle complex conversations, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple accounts and priorities, and meet business and service targets within timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in banking/finance is an advantage.
Relevant experience in corporate or commercial banking, preferably managing premium or large corporate portfolios in an on-site environment.
High ethical standards, customer-centric approach, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance norms in banking.
