Our Gynaecology Department is expanding to meet rising demand for holistic, culturally aligned women’s health solutions — combining BAMS expertise with digital patient tracking, preventive wellness, and outcome-driven treatment protocols.
Role & Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat gynaecological conditions using classical BAMS principles, including Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle counseling.
Conduct routine check-ups, pre/post-natal consultations, and manage menstrual, fertility, and menopausal disorders with integrated care models.
Collaborate with allopathic consultants and lab teams for diagnostic correlation and co-management of complex cases.
Document patient histories, treatment plans, and outcomes digitally using our EMR system for audit and clinical improvement.
Educate patients on Ayurvedic nutrition, yoga, and stress management as part of holistic gynaecological care.
Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
BAMS degree with valid registration
Proficiency in Ayurvedic gynaecology (Striroga)
Experience in Panchakarma protocols
Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
Strong diagnostic and case documentation skills
Understanding of integrative women’s health models
Preferred
Postgraduate diploma in Ayurvedic gynaecology
Experience with telemedicine or digital health platforms
Ability to communicate in regional Indian languages
