Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Air Pollution Control Systems to manage end-to-end execution of projects involving ESP, Bag Filters/Baghouses, Wet ESP (WESP), Bagasse Dryers and Flue Gas Cleaning Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project execution from LOI/PO to commissioning, PG Test and handover.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans and monitor progress using MS Project/Primavera.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Quality, Vendors and Site Teams.
Interface with clients/consultants for drawings, technical clarifications and project reviews.
Supervise site erection, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Monitor project cost, quality, safety and timelines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and process-related site issues.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for timely manufacturing, dispatch and site execution.
Prepare MPRs, O&M manuals, as-built drawings and handover documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in ESP / Bag Filter / WESP / Bagasse Dryer / APC systems.
Strong understanding of Air Pollution Control equipment and project execution.
Industry experience in Sugar, Biomass, and Power, Cement, Steel or Boiler plants preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project/Primavera and drawing reading.
Basic knowledge of 3D model review.
Strong client, contractor and vendor coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India.
