About the Role:
We’re looking for a Associate – Marketplace Ads to join our Marketplace Ads team, with a primary focus on Amazon & Flipkart Ads.You’ll work closely with account managers and stakeholders to execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns while driving measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Own:
Develop and execute strategic Amazon advertising campaigns aligned with client goals.
Manage client relationships and understand their business requirements.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve sales & ROI.
Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign allocation.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on Amazon trends, algorithms, and new advertising features.
Drive new ideas and strategies to scale brands efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience managing marketplace ads across Amazon & Flipkart.
Experience with DSP, Co-op Promotions, Live Commerce and other off-AMS activities.
Hands-on experience with Flipkart Ads.
Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem — Seller Central, Vendor Central, PI, etc.
Experience with other marketplaces such as Walmart, Myntra, etc. is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Master’s degree or equivalent.
