We're Hiring: Graphic & Motion Designer
Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec is looking for a creative, versatile Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Creative Team. You'll shape the visual identity of our institutions across digital, social, and print.
What You'll Do
Design high-impact creatives for social media, paid ads, and campaigns
Produce motion graphics, reels, and video edits for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Create print-ready material: newspaper ads, brochures, hoardings, and more
Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production without compromising quality
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver on tight timelines
Maintain brand consistency across multiple institutional brands
What We're Looking For
Excellent proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong design sense: layout, typography, colour, and composition
Hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing
Working experience with AI tools in design workflows
Solid knowledge of print media: newspaper ads and brochures
3+ years of relevant experience
