This position reports to:
Service Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the Technical Lead for engineering activities in service commitments. Working closely with project management, SW & HW designers and service team, you will ensure that our automation solutions are thoroughly designed, tested, commissioned, and performing according to customer requirements in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Contribute to the design, configuration, and verification of advanced automation and control systems.
Perform functional testing and validation activities in a simulated test environment before deployment.
Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning and start-up activities at customer sites to ensure smooth project delivery.
Collaborate with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to identify technical solutions and address project requirements.
Ensure delivery quality by adhering to contractual commitments, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
Investigate and resolve technical challenges throughout the engineering, testing, and commissioning phases.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned and best practices across projects.
The role includes some international travel and offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a global and highly collaborative environment.
Your background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, and system architectures.
Interest in industrial automation, control systems, and complex technical solutions.
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as part of the role.
Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems is considered an advantage.
Experience with drives, motion control systems, or commissioning activities is beneficial.
