Product Manager/Product Operations Lead

Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Operations Lead to drive product development, improve operational processes, and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs. This role will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Define product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
Manage product development from planning through launch.
Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer engagement.
Identify opportunities to improve product operations and efficiency.
Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions.
Prepare product updates and performance reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management or product operations.
Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Customer-focused, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
