Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing the Treasures client portfolio.
Assist in executing client transactions, account opening, and maintenance processes accurately and efficiently.
Address client inquiries promptly, providing high-quality service and operational support.
Conduct regular reviews and ensure compliance with all regulatory, KYC (Know Your Customer), and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, product teams, and compliance, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Prepare portfolio reports, market updates, and administrative documentation for client meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in a client-facing or support role within wealth management or consumer banking.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment services, and banking operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant regulatory certifications in financial advisory are highly advantageous.
