Job Summary
Placement Point Solutions is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with HRs, recruiters, and companies to generate job opportunities for candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR/company network, excellent client handling skills, and proven experience in generating placement opportunities through both existing and external industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with HRs, recruiters, and companies through existing professional networks and external sources to generate job requirements
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities
Maintain placement data and track candidate progress
Follow up with recruiters and candidates for feedback
Achieve monthly placement targets
Build long-term relationships with companies to create recurring hiring opportunities
Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
