TopFloor is looking for a passionate and proactive Growth and Partnerships Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in driving growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of market dynamics and a desire to contribute to the success by driving revenue and bottom-line value.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in achieving annual revenue target
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
Expand market share by targeting new customer niches and signing partnerships with complementary organizations.
Implement and adhere to the agreed Growth and Partnerships Strategy.
Drive customer retention through proactive engagement, communication, and relationship management (pre- and post-service delivery).
Enhance brand recognition through LinkedIn activity, networking event participation, and media presence.
Ensure service delivery excellence in line with TopFloor’s standards and timelines.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns in the Consulting and Development Department
Strengthen internal relationship management; celebrate wins and contribute to making TopFloor a desirable workplace.
Support and ensure that client satisfaction surveys and follow-up engagements are done, measuring impact and quality.
Join and actively participate in industrial associations to create new revenue opportunities.
Develop and execute brand pitches for key events.
Source and secure media opportunities (radio interviews, etc.) to enhance visibility.
Train and guide the team quarterly on how to pitch TopFloor effectively.
Ensure adherence to costing guidelines to maintain minimum margins while covering essential fixed costs.
Requirements
Must be aligned to the values of the TopFloor brand values;
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce;
Should have at least 2 years of experience with provable track record in a similar role;
Should have demonstrable skill in the use of MS Office skills (Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint);
Should be able to coin client communication campaigns and ensure
Should understand how to use the Google based work systems (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive).
Must be intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human resource services in order to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services;
Should demonstrate a practical approach to business development and relationship management;
Should have ability to plan, be organised and manage time and deadlines effectively;
Should be able to communicate and relate with colleagues and clients at different levels of management from different cultures;
Should possess demonstrable communication (written, verbal and non-verbal) and self-leadership skills.
Ability to self regulate and work with minimum supervision.
Must have a valid drivers license.
