5+ years of relevant Workday Technical experience
Strong hands-on experience in Workday Reports & Reporting
Calculated Fields – mandatory
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) – mandatory
Workday Studio – hands-on experience
Data Migration / Data Conversion experience
Strong experience in Workday Core Compensation
Technical configuration of Compensation Plans, Eligibility Rules, Grades/Grade Profiles, Compensation Packages & Review Processes
Experience with Business Processes, Condition Rules & Advanced Reports
Minimum 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations
Strong development, testing, troubleshooting and deployment experience
