Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and processes in a full-time capacity at Rupeek’s Pune City office. This on-site role includes assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help in organizing HR initiatives, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The role may also involve collecting and compiling HR data, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to learn and apply organizational guidelines.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital HR systems or platforms.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior internship or project experience in HR or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
