Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

Role Description
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support electrical design, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities. The role combines electrical engineering knowledge with quality management principles to ensure that products, systems, and processes meet technical specifications, safety requirements, performance standards, and organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities include reviewing electrical designs and technical specifications, supporting testing and validation activities, identifying technical and quality issues, analyzing defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role involves working with engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, and quality teams to investigate problems and develop effective solutions.
The Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer will also support inspection procedures, quality documentation, technical reports, process improvement initiatives, and compliance activities. Responsibilities include monitoring quality indicators, reviewing test results, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to improvements in product reliability, electrical performance, manufacturing processes, and overall quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, testing methods, quality control, and engineering standards.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment, measurement techniques, technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement practices.
Ability to analyze technical data, identify defects, investigate problems, and develop practical solutions.
Familiarity with engineering and quality tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, simulation software, statistical tools, or similar applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prepare technical reports, inspection records, test documentation, and quality-related reports.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
High level of accuracy, organization, technical integrity, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
